Three steps, then you own it

  1. 01

    The event you entered

Date, distance, climbing, the hours you ride now, and whether the hard days can live on the trainer.

  2. 02

    Hours from the math

Weekly hours, long rides, zones, and the taper are calculated. The model writes the notes.

  3. 03

Pay once if you want the rest

Week 1 is open. Checkout unlocks every other week, the hours chart, and the files.

One-time price, not a membership

If you want a workout library and a plan that reshuffles itself every week, keep the membership. If you want this event written down, this is the cheaper object.
